Re: Customer complaint

I am sorry to hear the way you were treated by a staff member in my store, there is no excuse for that sort of behaviour. I can reassure you that this will never happen again as the staff member has been given a warning and further customer service training.

As an apology, we have included a $50 voucher that can be used in any department in our store.

Yours sincerely,

Kitchen recycling programme- English

Re: Update about the kitchen recycling programme

Hey guys, this is just a quick update about the kitchen recycling programme we have. I have had mostly positive feedback from staff about the new system.

  • Most of the recycling bins are being used correctly.

  • There is some confusion over the types of plastic that are recyclable.

  • Some staff think it's a waste of time, but do follow the rules.

  • The food bin isn't emptied enough so it starts to become smelly. Empty it as soon as it gets too full, please.

Thank you for your participation,

Subject: Fire evacuation procedure in our workplace

Hi everyone,

I have been given the clear instruction to share to you guys the set of the fire evacuation procedures. Our last fire evacuation, no one in our workplace knew what to do to keep themselves and others safe. Please follow these instructions so then we can all get things done safely.

  • When the fire alarm sounds leave the building immediately and assemble at the main car park.

  • You must NOT leave the car park or return into the building until we have all been given the all-clear from the Fire Safety Officer.

  • Keep the emergency exits all clear of stock boxes, chairs, tables etc it is illegal and unsafe to have things in front or near the exits.

Thank You,

Meg

Newsletter- Reduce plastic waste scheme

Stanley Organics LTD Newsletter.

Dear Customers and Suppliers

Stanley Organics Ltd has started a new scheme to reduce our plastic waste. We invite customers to be a part of the new scheme. We are working together with customers as a community, feedback on improvements to our scheme are welcome. We aim to change the way customers buy everyday products.

  • We are going to be reducing our plastic usage in packaging. So we will be starting to use biodegradable/ degradable bags and bottles that only break down in specific conditions- not a long-term solution.

  • All plastic bags now replaced with hessian bags (made from flax and hemp fibres). First bag free with purchases over $50. Or we will provide recycled cardboard boxes (and help carry to your car).

  • Most liquid products (liquid soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, etc) now available in ‘fill your own’ containers. Bring your own container to fill and get a 5% discount.

  • Fresh vegetables- instead of plastic bags, try reusable waxed cotton bags to keep food fresh.

Thank you for your support. Hope to see you in our store sometime soon.
